Demolition / Make Good

When tenants are required to return a tenancy back to its original state at lease end, our team can assist with this process.  We can remove shopfronts, ceilings, fixtures and fittings, flooring, walls, ready to handover a bare shell back to the landlord. The majority of the works are completed out of hours, so there is no disruption to the neighbouring tenants which is all arranged by our demolition team.
